David Hynam is CEO of LV=. With over 30 years’ leadership experience, David has made inclusion central to business strategy, embedding it in the culture, policy and performance since he joined the business in 2022. He has driven initiatives that boosted senior team diversity, significantly increased colleague engagement and pushed eNPS above industry benchmarks. Under David’s leadership, LV= became a Race at Work Charter signatory, met Women in Finance Charter goals a year early, and achieved Disability Confident Level Two Employer status. He has empowered five thriving colleague networks and championed fairer recruitment practises.
