Moving Ahead, founded in 2014 by Liz Dimmock, is a specialist mentoring and development organisation with a mission to accelerate business growth and innovation by advancing inclusive, high-performance cultures. Every programme is designed through a DE&I lens, unlocking human potential through transformative learning. Moving Ahead runs the world’s largest cross-company mentoring initiatives, including Mission Gender Equity (supporting the 30% Club’s campaign to increase women in leadership) and Mission Include, which empowers under-represented talent in partnership with leading DEI campaigns including Progress Together, LGBT Great, and Change the Race Ratio. Alongside sector-specific programmes in defence, rail, actuarial and academia, Moving Ahead delivers bespoke mentoring and sponsorship solutions for large organisations. To date, Moving Ahead has supported more than 41,000 individuals from 477 organisations in 71 countries, including a third of the FTSE100, proving the scale and impact of mentoring for inclusion.
