Katy Hall is a purpose-driven leader in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) with 15 years of experience transforming workplaces and industries. Beginning her career in recruitment, Katy saw systemic barriers firsthand and set out to reimagine how organisations attract, hire, develop, and retain talent through inclusion. She has since held senior roles at Aon, EY, and Fieldfisher, leading global initiatives such as inclusive recruitment frameworks, sponsorship programmes, and integration of DEI during major acquisitions. Today, as Global Head of Diversity at NES Fircroft, the world’s leading engineering staffing specialist, Katy has delivered a global DEI strategy achieving record belonging scores, gender representation at senior levels, and recognition as a Top Staffing Company to Work For. A respected thought leader, speaker, and mentor, she champions underrepresented communities while embedding DEI as both a business and moral imperative.
