MagicSauce.Online was founded with a bold mission: to 10x the amount of investment going to globally under-represented founders. Launched in April 2025, the platform educates and pre-vets founders before connecting them with investors who want to back the best and most diverse talent. In its first months, MagicSauce has already attracted 170 users, built a community of 350 investors and founders, and delivered its first showcase, raising £70k for six under-represented founders. With programmes expanding to support female founders in Pakistan and Kenya, and a user base across three continents, MagicSauce is driving systemic change. The team has also supported founders in the West of England, with ambitious plans to secure investment for 10 more startups in the coming months. More than a platform, MagicSauce is a movement, activists for equity in entrepreneurship and champions of under-represented talent.
