Code First Girls is the world’s largest provider of free coding education for women, dedicated to creating an inclusive tech workforce by unlocking access to critical digital skills. CFG partners with global organisations to recruit more women into tech, and bridge the digital skill gap by upskilling employees, offering scalable solutions in recruitment and workforce transformation. They have taught more than 250,000 women how to code and work with over 130 global organisations, such as Aviva, the Cabinet Office, Barclays, GCHQ and Deloitte to find their next tech hires, and close their internal skills gaps.
