OUTSTANDING DIVERSITY NETWORK AWARD
PA Women in Tech (WiT) is a global, voluntary network of women and allies committed to increasing gender diversity and inclusion in technology, within PA Consulting, and across the industry. We put strategy into action by supporting women to thrive at every career stage, from coding courses and mentorship to galvanising allyship. In 2024 alone, we trained over 180 women and nonbinary colleagues in coding (over 1700 trained overall), launched campaigns such as HerEcho and Mothers in Tech, hosted hackathons with partners like Microsoft and Stemettes, and sponsored global events with WeAreTechWomen. Our thriving community spans global regions including the UK and US, building networks of support, shared learning, and opportunity. With ambitious plans to further expand from our 2500 members and our offerings to them, we’re creating a future where women can access their dream tech roles and shape an inclusive industry for all.
