OVO Pride has been the beating heart of LGBTQIA+ inclusion at OVO for over eight years, creating a safe, visible, and empowering space for colleagues. Supported by the OVO Leadership Team, the network has led progressive policy change, including transitioning at work and assisted conception policies, and ensured all communications, training, and materials are inclusive of every identity. Through allyship training for senior leaders, dedicated learning channels, and trans-inclusion initiatives such as specialist roles, healthcare guidance, and sponsorship of Trans in the City, OVO Pride champions education and action. The network collaborates across the energy sector through Pride in Energy, driving systemic change industry-wide. With year-round Pride celebrations, including lighting OVO venues and Pride-wrapped vans across the UK, OVO Pride ensures LGBTQIA+ inclusion is not a campaign but a culture, where allyship, belonging, and visibility thrive every day.
