DIVERSITY TEAMS AWARD
Savills’ D&I Team is a dedicated, full-time unit driving strategic and operational inclusion across 130+ UK offices. Led by Chanelle Gray, UK Board member and Head of D&I, the team oversees strategy, risk, budgets, bids, and brand alignment. Jess Lee, D&I Project Manager, delivers presentations, reporting, benchmarking, and supports networks and events. Josi Kohlik provides vital administrative support. The team activates Savills’ D&I pillars—Attract, Develop, Lead—through initiatives, events, and outreach. Supported by 6 working groups and 8 staff networks, they foster safe spaces, community, and celebration, with 1 in 4 employees an active member. The team travels nationwide to share data and impact, strengthening regional engagement and representation.
