Rebecca joined Bupa over 30 years ago, starting in UK Insurance business in 1995. She quickly progressed her career and moved to Bupa Care Services in 2013. Rebecca held several leadership roles including Resourcing Director, Operations Director, and promoted to General Manager in 2021. Rebecca moved into the Chief People Officer role in February 2025. Rebecca is a passionate, dynamic leader with a strong ethical mind-set who distils problems down to their critical factors and demonstrates drive and a willingness to challenge. Rebecca’s collaborative leadership style promotes a culture of achievement through honesty, trust and professional integrity.
