Head of Diversity & Inclusion Award
Veronika has transformed Equality, Diversity & Inclusion at SPS UKI from a developing focus into a measurable, business-wide strategy in less than two years. Since joining as Head of EDI in 2024, she has established governance, executive accountability and an employee-led approach. Under her leadership, eight executive-sponsored Employee Resource Groups now engage more than 300 colleagues and have delivered over 250 events, campaigns and learning sessions. Veronika has embedded inclusive recruitment, strengthened workplace policies and delivered EDI learning to more than 1,500 colleagues, while creating 62 mentoring and sponsorship relationships. She has also driven improvements in inclusion and psychological safety through data-led action. Her impact extends beyond SPS, supporting employment opportunities and community partnerships. Her leadership helped SPS achieve Bronze in the Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers, ranking 28th nationally in its first year.
