Joanne is a global inclusion leader who has transformed DEI from a standalone agenda into an integral part of business strategy. As Global Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Skyscanner, she leads the organisation’s global inclusion strategy, working with leaders to embed equity and belonging across culture, leadership and decision-making. With experience spanning APAC, EMEA and the US, Joanne has driven organisational transformation across multinational businesses for more than six years. At Skyscanner, she evolved the DEI strategy through the RISE Framework, launched the Count Me In demographic data campaign, embedded Inclusive Leadership into manager development and strengthened the connection between DEI and ESG. Her influence now extends beyond employee experience into product, procurement and traveller inclusion. A respected industry voice, Joanne shares practical insight at events, championing sustainable, measurable approaches to building inclusive organisations.
