Magna Vitae Trust for Leisure & Culture, in partnership with Mablethorpe Neighbourhood Policing Team, is transforming opportunities for young people in a coastal community facing high deprivation, rural isolation and limited access to safe, positive activities. Through inclusive programmes such as NexGen Magna’s, the partnership has built trust with young people who are often disengaged or wary of services, creating structured spaces that strengthen confidence, reduce anti‑social behaviour and improve wellbeing. Working with empathy, consistency and long‑term commitment, the collaboration bridges the gap between young people and local services, offering support that responds to adverse childhood experiences and the realities of poverty. Together, they are improving life chances, building stronger relationships and shaping a safer, more connected community where every young person feels seen, supported and able to thrive.
