Jarell Bempong is a transformational leader, psychotherapist, and founder of Bempong Talking Therapy™, home of the Intersectional Cultural Consciousness™ (ICC™) framework and Saige Companion™, the UK’s first AI-augmented DEI and mental health platform. A Black, gay, neurodivergent leader of Ghanaian-British heritage, Jarell has turned experiences of exclusion into a mission to dismantle inequitable systems and create sustainable pathways for the global majority. His bestselling book White Talking Therapy Can’t Think in Black! catalysed a movement to decolonise mental health, while his Atlas of Intersectional Superpowers™ reframes marginalised identities as sources of strength. Partnering with organisations including Havas and Alstom, he has embedded psychological safety and reduced bias in leadership and hiring. Through trauma-informed leadership, AI-powered tools, and systemic innovation, Jarell continues to redefine social mobility as a right, not a privilege.
