DIVERSITY TEAMS AWARD
Formed in 2024, the SPS UK&I EDI Champions Group has been pivotal in embedding equity, diversity and inclusion across the business. Led by the EDI Manager, with executive sponsors and eight employee networks, the group drives change in recruitment, engagement, policies, leadership and culture. They have launched ERGs spanning women, LGBTQIA+, disability and neurodiversity, race equity, domestic abuse support, menopause, men’s wellbeing and overall wellness, creating safe spaces and amplifying under-represented voices. Initiatives include a dedicated EDI podcast, awareness events, external speakers, accessibility assessments, inclusion surveys and inclusivity goals for leaders. Their work has engaged employees in meaningful conversations, educated managers, and built resources that support inclusive leadership. With strong leadership backing and employee ownership, the EDI Champions Group is reshaping culture at SPS UK&I, making belonging and equity core to its people and business strategy.
