Everything D&I Ltd and I Accelerator CIC, founded by Frances Trought, champion social mobility by creating opportunities for diverse talent, focusing on race, gender, and socio-economic background. Their flagship programme, The I Accelerator, launched in 2019 with Microsoft, offers innovative work experience, helping students from underrepresented backgrounds enhance their CVs through projects with leading brands like Rolls-Royce and Deloitte. The programme has supported over 1,000 students, with a strong emphasis on mentoring and degree apprenticeship support. Their initiatives also include teacher training and the Degree Apprenticeship Application Guide, helping students navigate competitive selection processes. Recognised for impactful work in social mobility, EDI and I Accelerator continue to empower and inspire diverse talent, driving meaningful change and broadening career opportunities in various industries.
