The EY Women’s Network (EYWN) is dedicated to advancing gender parity and fostering inclusivity within EY and broader communities. With over 4,000 members EYWN actively empowers women on their career journeys, promotes gender diversity and enhances an inclusive culture. Our recent efforts include launching new workstreams focused on strategic engagement and relationships and male allyship. We’re recognised for creating boundary-pushing events and content that elevate women’s perspectives and have their voices heard. Through dedicated initiatives like the International Women’s Day Awards and Women’s History Month celebrations, we continuously honour and uplift our extraordinary women’s achievements. The EYWN is committed to advocating across social mobility by partnering with non-profit organisations to host impactful events and drive conversations that contribute to meaningful change and gender equity.
