Fearless Futures is a boutique systems design consultancy founded in 2014 by Hanna Naima McCloskey, joined shortly after by Chief Learning Officer, Sara Shahvisi, working for a world where equity is inevitable. We partner with organisations to diagnose complex challenges across people, process and product; designing solutions that embed equity to serve people and planet. We are a team of educators, strategists, socio-political analysts, researchers and systems thinkers who are undeterred by complexity.
