Global Pride@Kantar, established in 2018, is a pioneering Employee Resource Group (ERG) dedicated to supporting LGBTQIA+ colleagues and fostering a diverse, inclusive work environment. Initially a grassroots initiative, it is now a globally recognised network with strong backing from Kantar’s Executive Committee. The ERG champions LGBTQIA+ issues year-round, advocating for equality, safety, and allyship through educational events, social gatherings, and active participation in the London Pride Parade. Global Pride@Kantar’s initiatives include impactful fundraising for LGBTQIA+ youth and collaborations with major organisations like Microsoft and the Elton John AIDS Foundation. Its work extends beyond the office, influencing broader industry practices through efforts such as the DIVA Magazine UK’s annual report, which provides actionable insights for improving LGBTQIA+ inclusivity. The ERG’s commitment to authenticity, community-building, and continuous action makes it a standout leader in driving meaningful change.
