Helen leads DEI efforts at MPA Group, a major force in the music industry. With over 20 years in DEI, Helen has transformed organisational cultures across various sectors, including Oil and Gas and Finance. At MPA, she pioneered a comprehensive EDI strategy, launched 10 employee networks covering all protected characteristics and key issues like Menopause and Mental Health, and created influential guidance on managing Menopause and related health matters. Helen’s initiatives also includes diversifying leadership appointments and fostering talent through the Next Gen programme. Her work has enhanced recruitment practices, strengthened public DEI commitments, and improved organisational inclusivity. A passionate advocate for animal welfare and environmental issues, Helen’s personal experience with chronic illness fuels her dedication to creating supportive and equitable work environments.
