11th annual awards ceremony returns to London on November 27, 2025
Finalists have been named in the 2025 Inclusive Awards, organised by organised by Inclusive Companies and supported by sponsors BAE Systems and TalkTalk. Now in its 11th year, the prestigious Inclusive Awards is the only awards ceremony that rewards individuals and organisations who have successfully harnessed and integrated a truly diverse workforce. Recognising the significant effort and impact of those excelling in their commitment to equality and inclusion across all strands of diversity, the Awards defy those dialling down DEI in the workplace.
The winners will be announced at the Inclusive Awards on November 27, 2025 at the Hurlingham Club, London and presented for the first time by renowned broadcaster and author Louise Minchin.
“I’m looking forward to hosting the Inclusive Awards and meeting those incredible individuals and organisations who have stood by their EDI values to improve the working environments and lives for their colleagues,” says Louise. “At a time when some are looking to step back from diversity and inclusion, this event reminds us of the power of equity in our workplaces and communities.”
The Inclusive Awards provide a powerful platform to recognise and showcase best EDI practice across a range of business sectors that will encourage and inspire other organisations. Finalists this year range from talking therapy to coding services, a housing association to a hospital, universities to utility companies and local councils to an international airline.
All entries were judged by an experienced and diverse independent panel who looked for evidence of positive impact across all strands of diversity including age, disability, gender, sexual orientation, race and religion.
“These Awards will take place against the backdrop of an ever-changing and increasingly uncertain world for those committed to equity, diversity and inclusion with this year seeing increasing pressure on people to dial down on DEI,” says Paul Sesay (pictured above) CEO of Inclusive Companies. “This simply strengthens our resolve to acknowledge those individuals and organisations determined to drive out discrimination and hold fast to their values of creating an equitable workplace. Where they lead, others will follow and that is why celebrating their achievements is absolutely the right thing to do.”
