With a background in financial services, telecommunications, and education, she drives impactful inclusion activity to make positive change. Lisa is an advocate for equality for all and a strong believer in taking an intersectional approach to inclusion. Lisa believes inclusion is rooted in empathy, respect, and behaviours and has a naturally empathic approach. She is an advocate for ensuring there are diverse voices at the table and passionate about the power of community and networks. Lisa is experienced in creating and leading inclusion strategies and making change that you can measure, with a proven track record of making impactful change in driving inclusive culture as well as improving the diversity demographics. Lisa is passionate about mental health and wellbeing, employee engagement, inclusive communications, employee networks and is an advocate for the LGBTQ+ community.
