Lisa Nicholas (she/her) is an equity, diversity, inclusion and culture specialist with over twelve years’ experience across financial services, telecommunications, education, health, and consultancy. She leads impactful, measurable inclusion strategies that improve representation, strengthen culture, and create environments where people feel valued, heard, and able to thrive. An advocate for intersectional inclusion, Lisa centres empathy, respect, and everyday behaviours as the drivers of meaningful change.
Passionate about mental health, employee engagement, inclusive communication, and the power of employee networks, Lisa is a dedicated advocate for the LGBTQ+ community. A qualified counsellor, she brings a naturally empathetic and psychologically safe approach, openly sharing her story and role-modelling inclusive behaviours. She believes that diverse voices fuel innovative teams and champions the role of community and connection in building truly inclusive cultures.
