Lisa has been working in the diversity and inclusion space for over 10 years. With a background in financial services and telecommunications, she has held various roles in customer experience and leadership before moving into the DEI space. Lisa is experienced in leading inclusion strategies and making measurable, visible, and tangible changes. She has a proven track record of driving an inclusive culture and improving diversity demographics. Lisa is passionate about organisational culture, inclusive leadership, mental health and wellbeing, employee engagement and employee networks, and is an advocate for the LGBTQ+ community.
