Sue is a multi-award-winning business leader, senior executive adviser and human capital innovation consultant. She holds a portfolio of non-executive, national advisory, public and civic roles, and will serve as High Sheriff of Lincolnshire (2026–2027).

Working with major national and global organisations, Sue influences board and system-level decision making to help leaders navigate complexity, improve organisational health, and build cultures where inclusion and performance are mutually reinforcing. Deeply committed to reducing inequalities in health, education and employment, her research and advisory work focus on addressing structural disparities and advancing more equitable, inclusive and sustainable workplaces. Sue is helping to shape the next phase of the diversity and inclusion agenda.
