Louise’s journey into DEI began with a personal commitment to support her son, leading her to address inclusivity issues in the workplace. At OVO, she launched the company’s first LGBTQIA+ staff network and subsequently expanded to seven other Belonging networks covering a wide range of areas including accessibility, faith, and anti-racism. Her initiatives have grown to engage over 25% of the workforce. Louise’s role has evolved into a full-time position focused on creating inclusive policies and products, driven by listening to and empowering employees. Her impact extends beyond OVO through her volunteering with Trans in the City and Glasgow Pride. A dedicated advocate, Louise values collaboration and remains committed to making a meaningful difference in both her workplace and community.
