Mark Lomas is a highly respected leader in diversity and inclusion with a proven track record across various sectors. He has authored key works on equality, including the Law Society’s E&D Risk & Compliance Toolkit and research for Arts Council England. As Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Lloyd’s, Mark has driven significant progress, earning numerous awards, including the VERCIDA Inclusive Initiative of the Year in 2024. Under his leadership, Lloyd’s has reached milestones such as achieving 35% women in leadership and launching the Inclusive Futures programme, resulting in over 5,000 ethnically diverse hires. Mark’s work extends globally, including overseeing the international Diversity Festival, Dive In. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, he continues to make a lasting impact on building inclusive cultures within Lloyd’s and beyond.
