MATT PARSONS
Founder | Radius Networks
As the founder of Radius Networks, Matt helps the world’s most inclusive employers to develop their employee networks, resource groups and communities as a powerful business resource.
As an LGBT+ man with ADHD and dyslexia, Matt found a sense of belonging when he joined and later founded his own employee network. The experience was life changing. Seeing first-hand the power of employee networks and ERGs to drive inclusion & belonging , Matt set up Radius, the first organisation dedicated to helping People & Culture teams develop their employee networks and turn their passion into action.
Radius puts employee networks at the heart of organisations, unlocking their potential to deliver business impact by training, supporting and connecting all of the key people involved in a network’s success – from Leads, Committee Members and Sponsors, to Inclusion & Belonging Allies, Teams and Councils.
In thousands of global workspaces for companies big and small, Radius is changing the way organisations embed Inclusion & Belonging from the ground up. Leading the industry for 18 years, Radius now works with more than 1200+ organisations across 125+ countries, including household names such as HSBC, Warner Brothers, BBC, Lego, Cisco, Nike, Google, BP, Coca Cola, Disney, EY, IBM plus HM Government and the United Nations. Radius is also a global authority on ERGs, thanks to its Global ERG Impact Report, which features ERG data and insights from the world’s biggest brands and is published annually.
A National Diversity Awards winner himself, Matt provides strategic support to many businesses and has served on the volunteer board of Diversity Role Models, NAT, The Wig Party and other charities. Today Matt is passionate about promoting human growth through cross-cultural understanding and helping businesses connect globally across perceived divides. As more of us join the global, digital workspace, this work feels more important than ever.
