Tania Gerard Digital | Leicester, UK
D and I Consultancy

For over a decade, I navigated the world of digital marketing, eventually reaching the role of Head of Digital. On paper, I was a success, managing six-figure budgets and leading high-performing teams. In reality, I was masking every second of the day both work life and personal life. As an Autistic and ADHD leader, I wasn't failing the job; the systems, designed for a neurotypical brain, were failing me.

I didn't leave the corporate world because I couldn't do the work, I absolutely loved the creativity of it all, I left because the infrastructure was designed to break me and didn't support or even think of the type of brain I had. This realisation became the why and the source for Tania Gerard Digital, one of the UK’s first consultancies dedicated to educating about neurodiversity and digital accessibility.

Today, I am a TEDx speaker ("Make Your Marketing Accessible"), an ADHD UK Ambassador, Purple Tuesday Global Ambassador and a UK Parliament ADHD Champion. I have moved from surviving the system to redesigning it for others, for "present Tania's" not to suffer in silence and to make the workplace a safe and valued environment for all. I have delivered keynote sessions and consultancy for global entities including the NHS, Amazon, Dentsu, Gousto, Greene King and more. My achievements are rooted in a single mission: to prove that 15-20% of the population (the neurodivergent community!) represents a massive, untapped pool of talent and consumer power that businesses are currently leaking (like a well!) due to poor design and outdated workplace systems.
