Adeife is the Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Director at Euromonitor International – leading Euromonitor’s Culture, Wellbeing and Engagement strategy aligned to DEI across APAC, EMEAI & AMERICAS.

Adeife background is in people, culture and transformational change. She is a chartered HR Professional and a seasoned business partner with the ability to apply DEI strategy across different industries. Adeife is a mentor to many within the DEI profession and founded a DEI network for Black and Brown professional 4 years ago with over 25+ members operating across multiple industry and geographies.

Prior to this she was at the CBI where she was the Head of Diversity and Inclusion working with its FSTE 350 companies and trade associations on their DEI journey. She helped the business be a credible voice on race matters and her strategies and mentoring programme led to increased gender and ethnic representation prior to her departure.

Adeife is a global speaker, a mum and wife. Outside of the day to day, she founded and runs a “mums and me” network to support mothers as they navigate caring for their children, managing their mental health and redefining their career after children.
