Amraze Khan, Chartered MCIPD, has served as Head of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion at Manchester Metropolitan University for at least two years. Formerly in marketing, he pivoted into EDI driven by his mother’s immigrant experience. Recognised in the Top 50 Most Influential Muslim Leaders in Europe by Equality, he’s also an anti‑racist educator, trustee for Rochdale Mind, and actively supports neurodiversity.
