Anita Davies is the Founder and Chief Executive of Freedom from Tedium, a neurodivergent-led coaching and support organisation committed to inclusive practice, ethical leadership, and meaningful employment. Drawing from lived experience of ADHD, Anita has built a business grounded in psychological safety, accessibility, and authenticity leading a majority-neurodivergent team that delivers life-changing coaching and mentoring services to individuals and organisations across the UK.

Under Anita’s leadership, inclusion is not a bolt-on it’s the foundation. She has created trauma-aware, flexible working practices that support a diverse workforce across age, disability, gender, faith, and neurotype. She champions fair recruitment, person-led adaptations, and staff wellbeing, all while maintaining a high-quality, mission-driven service. Her group coaching options and community advocacy work ensure access is never limited by income or background.

Anita’s commitment to diversity extends beyond her own business. She is active in shaping national conversations on inclusive leadership sitting on university working groups focused on accessible curriculum design and neuroaffirmative leadership programmes. She shares her knowledge with schools, employers, and professionals through training, speaking, and consultancy.

Currently completing postgraduate-level professional development and preparing to begin a Doctorate in Professional Practice, Anita’s leadership is rooted in growth, reflection, and a deep desire to challenge outdated narratives around what inclusive leadership looks like. She leads by example authentic, courageous, and committed to building a workplace where everyone can thrive.
