Anita Davies is a Neurodiversity Specialist Coach and founder of Freedom from Tedium, a pioneering neurodivergent-led support service that champions inclusion from the inside out. With lived experience of ADHD and a deep understanding of neurodivergence, Anita has embedded inclusive practice throughout her organisation—creating a psychologically safe, empowering workplace and delivering life-changing outcomes for clients across the UK.
As a strategic leader in diversity and inclusion, Anita drives change through coaching, mentoring, advocacy, and systems design. Her approach integrates cutting-edge techniques, including cognitive behavioural and trauma-informed coaching, with practical workplace adjustments and inclusive policy development. She supports both individuals and organisations to create environments where neurodivergent people can thrive.
Anita is committed to ongoing professional development, including postgraduate-level study and a forthcoming Doctorate in Professional Practice, with a focus on advancing coaching standards and inclusive practice. Her initiatives include co-coaching models between neurodivergent staff and line managers, specialist support for women facing hidden health challenges, and training programmes to help virtual assistants and employers navigate the Access to Work system.
Through her work, Anita bridges the gap between individual need and institutional systems—driving the diversity and inclusion agenda not just within her organisation, but across communities and sectors.
