As a successful I&D team we’ve created an intersectional strategy to navigate our organisation’s journey to being an inclusive employer. We’ve created framework to guide our activities, established inclusive leadership training for our people managers and created a reverse mentoring and sponsorship programme. We’ve created an employee inclusion network that goes from strength to strength and inclusive practices such as inclusive hiring, workplace adjustments, parent returner coaching and inclusive bank holidays to create systemic change. Our Executive Advisory Committee is making a real impact on decision making through sharing wider perspectives.
