Bupa’s commitment to fair and inclusive recruitment is demonstrated by their recognition of the importance of a dedicated assessment and selection team, made up of three Occupational Psychologists. This team has a dedicated focus on using their expertise to ensure that assessment processes are designed to identify the best talent, promote inclusivity, enhance candidate, recruiter and hiring manager experience throughout the selection process. The team prioritise data and evidence-based practice, whilst balancing the practicalities of operationalising processes on scale. As a team we know that we can never achieve our aims to hire the best talent if our processes are not inclusive, and we want to eliminate any unnecessary barriers for all our talent. We highlight to our stakeholder it is not only the right thing to do but it makes good business sense!
