Chanelle Gray is the Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Savills UK and has been since March 2022. She previously spent 13 years in the Civil Service, championing social mobility and ethnic diversity among senior leadership, volunteering to support under-served individuals, and even working as an appropriate adult for vulnerable suspect. In 2024, she was awarded the British Diversity Award for Head of Diversity & Inclusion.
