I am the founder and director of Your D+I, an award-winning UK-based inclusion consultancy focused on creating practical, honest and meaningful workplace culture change. A qualified Equity, Diversity and Inclusion practitioner, I have worked with more than 400 organisations and delivered workshops to over 10,000 people across the UK.
Known for my engaging, no-nonsense approach, I specialise in inclusive language, workplace culture, allyship, psychological safety and inclusive leadership. Through workshops, consultancy and inclusion audits, he helps businesses move beyond tick-box exercises and build environments where people feel respected, heard and able to thrive. I have worked with over 200 organisations, supporting them by ensuring inclusion becomes the heart of everything they do!
My passion for inclusion is deeply rooted in lived experience after facing workplace discrimination early in my career, an experience that shaped my commitment to creating fairer and more inclusive workplaces.
Alongside my consultancy work, I am a recognised speaker, content creator and advocate for accessible, commercially focused inclusion work that supports both people and business performance.
