ElectraLink’s Inclusive Culture Initiative is rooted in the belief that people experience different challenges and priorities across their lives and that inclusive employers must respond with flexibility, trust and meaningful support. Our approach brings together progressive family friendly policies, inclusive health provision and innovative ways of working, enabling colleagues to thrive at every stage of life.

By linking related initiatives such as gender-neutral parental leave, world-class private healthcare coverage which includes pre-existing conditions, a dedicated menopause and menstruation policy and our four-day working week which doesn’t compress hours or reduce pay, ElectraLink’s working model aims to support flexibility and wellbeing across a wide range of life stages for all. These policies have led to a record-low attrition rate, record-high wellbeing scores in our anonymous employee engagement survey and a 2-out-of-3 stars Outstanding Place to Work sccreditation from Best Companies. The business continues to seek out new and innovative ways to support employees through a mixture of feedback channels, with the majority of initiatives being raised directly from employee feedback gathered through the engagement survey, bi-weekly all company meetings and volunteer-led committees.
