I co-founded Race Equality Matters, to tackle race inequality in the workplace through collaborative, impact-driven solutions. This included the launch of the UK’s first Race Equality Week, uniting thousands of organisations, and individuals to practically address the barriers to achieving race equality. Before co-founding Green Park, I was the first ethnic-minority manager at Michael Page, growing a start-up team to £10 million and was on the Executive Board at Penna, growing a start-up function to £14.5 million.

A champion for entrepreneurialism and diversity and inclusion within the UK, I have a number of awards and accolades, including: Entrepreneur of the Year by both the MSDUK Awards and Recruitment International Awards; named in The EMpower 100 Ethnic Minority Executives List; winner of Recruitment Agency Leader of the Year; a Lifetime Diversity Achievement Award; and the Global Equality & Diversity Lord Noon Award.
