I founded one of the recruitment industry’s few minority-owned businesses and has made Green Park an award-winning talent consultancy, recognised for its consistent attraction of diverse and appointable leadership candidates. Green Park has featured in the Financial Times’ list of 1000 Fastest Growing Companies and the Sunday Times Virgin Atlantic Fast Track 100.

I co-founded Race Equality Matters, to tackle race inequality in the workplace through collaborative, impact-driven solutions. This included the launch of the UK’s first Race Equality Week, uniting thousands of organisations, and individuals to practically address the barriers to achieving race equality. Before co-founding Green Park, I was the first ethnic-minority manager at Michael Page, growing a start-up team to £10 million and was on the Executive Board at Penna, growing a start-up function to £14.5 million.

Originally a challenger brand, I have led Green Park to become an award-winning talent consultancy, recognised for its consistent attraction of diverse and appointable leadership candidates and with a global footprint spanning 55 countries. At the forefront of client and candidate service and innovation, Green Park has featured in the Financial Times’ list of 1000 Fastest Growing Companies and the Sunday Times Virgin Atlantic Fast Track 100.

In 2020, I co-founded Race Equality Matters, a Community Interest Company with a mission to tackle race inequality in the workplace through collaborative, impact-driven solutions. This included the launch of the UK’s first Race Equality Week, now an annual UK-wide movement uniting thousands of organisations and individuals to practically address the barriers to achieving race equality.

A champion for entrepreneurialism and diversity and inclusion within the UK, I have a number of awards and accolades, including: Entrepreneur of the Year by both the MSDUK Awards and Recruitment International Awards; named in The EMpower 100 Ethnic Minority Executives List; winner of Recruitment Agency Leader of the Year; a Lifetime Diversity Achievement Award; and the Global Equality & Diversity Lord Noon Award.
