Hadi Brenjekjy builds institutions that teach people how to lead, work, and communicate across cultural, social, and generational divides. He runs the London Intercultural Academy and sits on the board of the London Intercultural Centre. His work focuses on inclusion, leadership, and systems that actually function in real-world complexity.

He’s recognised by UNESCO for his role in inclusive policy design and digital identity. He’s also an ambassador for White Ribbon UK, using his platform to push ethical conversations in tech and governance.

In 2023, he helped launch the AIMS International Awards—a space to recognise serious work in diversity, education, and sustainability.

In 2024, he accepted the Red Cross Golden Emblem for humanitarian leadership at the World Changers Balkan Summit. His message: inclusion is a tool for solving real problems.
