Please provide an endorsing statement from someone who can support this nomination (Max. 500 words) Gurpreet Kalra – Head of Talent Development, TCS UK&I:

Our DEI UK team is a champion of diversity and inclusion in it’s true sense, they believe in collaboration and the power of no one should be left behind. In last one year UKI DEI team collaborated extensively with UKI TD team. This was for them to leverage existing capabilities in the TD team whilst adding their own to it to be able to come up with programme and offerings that were always imagined but hadn’t manifested. Some of them being joint accessibility exercise, Allies of Diversity, EMPOWER programme and women’s leadership programmmes. We look forward to more such joint exercises
