Annabel is Head of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion and, Client Partner for Matchtech (part of Gattaca), a recruitment group based in the UK who specialise in STEM careers across various industries including aerospace & aviation.

Annabel has worked for the business for almost 16 years building a successful career as a recruiter, talent acquisition manager and account manager before moving into focussing on Matchtech’s ED&I capabilities for our STEM clients and running in-person events and programmes.

Annabel was delighted to take up the post as Head of ED&I in 2024 and is hugely passionate and proud to be able to lead on positive change for colleagues, clients, candidates and all the communities that we support.
