Sheerah Network is committed to reshaping the leadership landscape by championing global majority senior leaders, particularly women, who remain underrepresented in executive roles. We provide specialist coaching, consultancy, workshops, podcasts, and documentaries to support leaders and help organisations embed inclusive cultures.

Our Approach
Sheerah Network operates through two key arms:
1. Training & Facilitation – Delivering high-impact workshops on inclusion, equity, and leadership development.
2. Sheerah Network Productions – Creating documentaries and podcasts that celebrate Black and Brown leaders while educating their white counterparts about the challenges they face.
Based in Essex, UK, Sheerah Network delivers services locally, nationally, and internationally, ensuring tailored and culturally intelligent support for individuals and organisations alike.

Our Leadership
Sheerah Network was founded in 2021 by two visionary leaders who bring over 30 years of coaching, mentoring, and leadership experience across the UK, Europe, USA, Caribbean, and Africa. Their deep understanding of leadership barriers faced by underrepresented and marginalised groups—especially women and people of colour—drives Sheerah’s mission.
