How long has your consultancy been trading?

What is your USP? –
I have over 20 years corporate global transformation experience cross sector and functions, so am able to relate to most parts of organisations. I have a Harvard accreditation on Culture Change and am an NLP Practioner.
I am also a qualified management accountant so understand how business plus have lived experience being a South Asian woman born in the UK who has suffered racism.
This blend of personal and professional experience allows me to build relationships and deliver change.

I work with organisations from many sectors including – Unilever, Diageo, Barclays, Verisure, Waitrose and Trident Energy to name a few.
Provide knowledge on why you think you have been selected for the Consultancy of the Year Award?
I believe I have been selected because I provide authentic, honest consulting which makes commercial sense and because of my transformation consulting experience the change sticks for individuals, teams and organisations.
What impact do you feel your consultancy has had on your clients/target audience?
I feel i have had long lasting change for my clients, many whom I remain in contact with once the consulting piece of work has completed. One notable change I recently delivered was for Diageo where I advised them on their Global Currency change from USD to GBP. This required global senior level culture change and won an award for one of the best projects in Diageo.
The personal impact I feel i make on my clients in the personal growth and mindset shift that occurs and how they change their approach especially when working in the DEI and leadership space. I feel so blessed to work in line with my purpose
