The SEO Works recognises, supports and understands the importance of Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace. Beyond our comprehensive and supportive environment and culture, we promote a sense of belonging and inclusivity in our team. The SEO Works has many implementations in the company to help raise awareness on the importance of D&I and encourage this through things such as quarterly D&I workshops to discuss what we currently have in place, and what more we could do, as there is always room for improvement, supporting Pride month and other related charity and awareness days/weeks/months, having Equal Opportunity clauses in all our job postings, carrying out a blog post on D&I at The SEO Works and currently working on a page dedicated to D&I at the company on our website! By having these in place, and constantly reviewing what else we could still do, we believe we have a strong culture of understanding and accepting D&I.
What impact do you feel your initiative has had on your clients/target audience?
Since adding D&I clauses to all our job postings, we have seen more interest in the advertisements and the company. We also have great feedback from our team members who responded to the question ”Do you feel Diversity and Inclusion is recognised in the company?’ with 91% stating ‘yes’. This is something we are very proud of and continue to work off any other suggestions and feedback from the team members.

The SEO Works helps, supports and listens to diversity and inclusion circumstances when they arise, as a company, we will always try our very best to help individuals, should they need any support to feel more comfortable in the company. There have been cases, again with great feedback on how The SEO Works have helped employees with requests and confidentiality involved, with a successful outcome and happy team members.
