The SEO Works is a Digital Marketing company based in the city centre of Sheffield. The company was founded in 2009, and has grown and developed since then into a thriving agency, driven by its core values and its people! Our agency focuses predominantly in SEO, but also covers PPC, Paid Social, Web Design and Development and DigitalPR. We have a team size of 78 and growing.

We believe that by continuously working with our core values, we can continue to keep making our workplace the best it can be. We stand by these values, and employee wellbeing is something we have a large and ongoing strategic focus on to continuously review and introduce different ways to support team members’ welfare alongside these morals.

Something else to mention would be our support for external charities and organisations who raise money and awareness for Diversity and Inclusion across the UK. Previously, The SEO Works has raised money for Pride Month (on a recurring annual basis), SayIt in Sheffield, International Women’s Day and more. We do this through events such as charity awareness days and campaigns, bake sales, board game afternoons, decorating our head office, wear it bright, online blog posts and social posts and more.
We are also a company that is open to feedback and suggestions from all of our team members, no matter how big or small! This is why we also have suggestion boxes, and open google forms asking for ideas and opinions on diversity and inclusion, and what more we could do in the company!
