I am a Chartered Project Professional & Senior programme/portfolio leader with more than 20 years’ experience delivering complex transformation across Government and corporate environments. In 2023, I took a huge step in my career and moved to a role at Manchester Airports Group where I am proud to hold the role of Portfolio Director for MAG Technology. My career has included leading major Government transformation programmes, including delivery of EU Exit and border transformation priorities and leading large geographically dispersed programme teams. I lead with warmth, clarity and purpose. I am passionate about creating environments where people feel trusted, supported and able to do their best work, bringing structure and pace to complex challenges while always keeping people at the heart of delivery. Alongside my professional work, I am a committed advocate for inclusion and I am proud to play an active role in growing the Women’s Network at MAG, recently taking on the role of Chair for the Network, I use visible leadership, storytelling, allyship and practical opportunities to help colleagues connect, build confidence and develop across the business.
