Founded in 2017 by award-winning broadcast journalist and diversity champion Ria Hebden, Wonder Women was born out of a need to challenge systemic inequalities and accelerate the career progression of diverse women—particularly those from underrepresented and marginalised backgrounds—into senior roles.
