Reed Women Mentoring Community is spearheaded by Kevin Dainty, Client Relationship Manager for Reed Technology. Kevin is responsible for helping Reed’s clients build diverse and inclusive teams, including influencing them to create environments that promote talent development and retention. Kevin’s passion for advancing women in tech stems from his personal background and his experience running Reed’s senior tech appointments practice, where he witnessed a growing commitment to diversity. Kevin’s initiatives include the Technology Role Models YouTube channel, aimed at inspiring 12-16 year-olds from diverse backgrounds to pursue tech careers. Since founding the Reed Women in Technology Community in 2019, Kevin has grown it to 2,900 members across 44 countries, facilitating 1,500 mentoring relationships alongside providing weekly learning and networking opportunities for the members of the community.
