The 2024 Inclusive Awards Shortlist Revealed!
Inclusive Companies are thrilled to announce the 2024 Inclusive Awards shortlist, which marks our 10th year of celebrating diversity and inclusion across the UK. These finalists, representing individuals and organisations working tirelessly to remove barriers and put diversity at the heart of all they do, will be honoured at the Inclusive Awards ceremony on November 28, 2024, at the Midland Hotel in Manchester.
This year, we’re excited to welcome back journalist and TV presenter Sean Fletcher as our host. Sean has been a passionate advocate for inclusivity, sharing how his career was shaped by diverse workplaces that believed in him when others didn’t.
The 2024 awards were judged by an esteemed panel including Professor Sue Black OBE and Conscious Inclusion Specialist Jiten Patel, who went beyond policies to identify those truly committed to advancing diversity, inclusion, and equity in their workplaces and communities.
“Looking back over the last 10 years since our first Inclusive Awards event, we have come a long way in terms of the policies and practices being implemented to achieve diversity, inclusion and equity,” says Paul Sesay (pictured above) CEO of Inclusive Companies. “Every year, I am both humbled and inspired as we present awards to brave individuals and truly committed management teams in recognition of them putting diversity and inclusion at the very heart of all they do.
“Despite 10 years of celebrating such organisations and individuals, there is still more work to be done to drive home the diversity and inclusion message to all employers,” continues Paul. “I firmly believe that by celebrating our winners’ outstanding work and achievements, the Inclusive Awards will continue to encourage others to follow their example and inspire lasting change.”
Diversity Power List Returns!
This year’s Inclusive Awards also mark the return of the annual Diversity Power List, honouring 50 champions of inclusion and diversity who are making a positive difference to the lives of others, creating an impact within their industry sector, and showcasing outstanding dedication in their respective field.
