Women@Sky is Sky’s flagship gender equity ERG, dedicated to empowering women to thrive, lead, and belong. Representing 3,300 members and supporting 11,000 women across the UK, Women@Sky drives lasting change through four pillars: Active Allyship, Speaking Up, Female-identifying Health & Personal Safety, and Progression. Women@Sky also champions intersectional and gender-focused groups across Sky, amplifying diverse voices and experiences. In 2025, Women@Sky delivered record-breaking and inclusive IWD events, supported Sky’s GPGR and menopause policy, and spotlighted gender equity champions at the Women@Sky Awards. This November, Women@Sky will lead meaningful IMD, and Stalking Awareness events promoting women’s safety, allyship, and wellbeing. As a founding member of WAME, a cross-industry alliance of 17+ media and entertainment companies, Women@Sky continues to drive equity and intersectional inclusion, shaping a Sky and industry where every woman can rise, every ally can act, and every voice heard.
