Engendering Change Ltd is a Portsmouth-based EDI consultancy founded in 2023 by Jo Morgan, award-winning educator, author, and nationally respected speaker. The organisation blends high-level consultancy with grassroots activism to deliver meaningful change. Engendering Change has already supported schools, charities, local authorities, and businesses to embed inclusive practice through strategic reviews, policy development, and evidence-based training. Nationally, Jo’s book Empowering Relationships and Sex Education (Routledge, 2024) is shaping how schools tackle misogyny and deliver empowering, inclusive RSE. In the workplace, the consultancy delivers impactful training to prevent bullying and sexual harassment, engaging staff to drive real behaviour change beyond box-ticking. Locally, Engendering Change also works with young people and leads community initiatives, from LGBTQ+ murals to inclusive memorials and Pride partnerships. Guided by its core values, Engendering Change creates spaces where difference is celebrated and inclusion becomes both a cultural value and a practical reality.
