AMS Skills Creation, in partnership with the Office for National Statistics, is redefining inclusive recruitment through an innovative Recruit, Train, Deploy model that removes barriers for people too often excluded from the labour market. Designed around potential rather than traditional career histories, the programme provides accessible assessments, tailored training, wellbeing support and ongoing coaching, enabling individuals to secure and thrive in meaningful employment. More than 60 percent of recruits are aged 50 or above, challenging age‑related stereotypes and unlocking exceptional talent. By deploying colleagues across 200 UK locations, the initiative strengthens local representation and builds a sustainable workforce for essential national services. This collaboration proves that inclusive hiring drives organisational success, community trust and lasting social mobility, creating a culture where capability is recognised and people from all backgrounds can progress with confidence.
